**Responsibilities**:

- Define responsibilities and scope of work for the group’s resources on projects along with the E&I Supervisor.
- Participate in design of DCS System Cabinets, Field Enclosures, Wiring Diagrams, P&IDs, Bus Communications and Instrumentation.
- Plan, execute and coordinate technical design and engineering implementation of project work.
- Responsible for keeping the team’s Utilization up to the targets established by Management.
- Actively participate in resource assignment based on business/regions’ needs.
- Regularly update the E&I Supervisor on business development opportunities.
- Participate in business development activity under the supervision of the E&I Supervisor.
- Actively participate in recruitment, training and competency development.
- Develop appraisal/performance tracking of dedicated team members.
- Facilitate and participate in development of standards and best practices.
- Ensure every team member adheres to QMS and PMO standards.
- Review and process Expense Reports for supervised employees.
- Approve overtime and vacation for supervised employees.
- Approve supervised employees’ timesheets.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical engineering from an accredited university (technicians with more than 4 years of experience).
- Experience in leading a team or supervising people (directly or indirectly) is a plus.
- DeltaV and Electric design knowledge, Control Systems, Field Instrumentation, etc.
- Intermediate English proficiency

- Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good business understanding
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external Customers
- Travel for short and long periods of time is required
- Team player approach to project execution
