We are seeking a **Quality Engineering Manager** **to join our team.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Manager, Quality Engineering to join our team with a focus on leading a team of 3 - 6 manual and automation test engineers. This position can be located in San Jose, Costa Rica and does have the opportunity to be fully remote.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the QE plan for the product in AWS
- Drive stable automated deployment and execution of automated tests.
- Recruit and retain top talent
- Work closely with Software Delivery Managers to ensure that program schedules are complete and committed to by the team.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- In-depth experience with the full product development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and motivate top engineering talent
- 2+ years of leading a team.
- 5+ years of manual and test automation and/or performance testing.
- Experience automating cloud-based products.
- Solid understanding of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Experience working in an agile Scrum product development organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers and partners
- Experience with Windows, Citrix and desktop virtualization technologies is a plus
