**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or similar Engineering degree with 3+ years of work experience in Construction Management or Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related technical discipline.
- Advanced English level.
- Costa Rican work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or similar Engineering degree with 2+ years of work experience in Construction Management or Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related technical discipline
- Content knowledge in construction testing and standards.
- Project management skills and leadership skills to manage multiple firms.
- Process, mechanical, and civil testing background.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
