- **Functional Leader in Human Resources.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the timely execution of the Human Talent Management project contract, including monitoring progress and providing all deliverables included in the contract.
- Acts as a counterpart to the functional project leaders, providing support on functional requirements understanding issues.
- Advises in the analysis for parameterization and in instances of understanding, taking as input the functional requirements, current regulations, and best practices in Human Resources.
- They perform peer reviews of specifications in understanding and parameterization stages.
- Provides day-to-day direction and leadership to the Human Talent Management Project team, including management of tasks in accordance with the project plan and coordination of Project staff.
- Manages the Human Talent Management Project, ensuring that deliverables are developed on time and on budget.
- The MH will ensure that the project is on time, on budget and that all approvals from the MH are completed on time.
- Oversees that deliverables are delivered on time and to the agreed quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree or academic degree in areas related to Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a leader or functional consultant in projects related to Human Resources and payroll.
- International experience as a functional consultant in at least one Human Resources and payroll project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant, functional leader or manager in Human Talent related projects, coordinating with senior levels of the counterpart, related to Human Talent and payroll implementation.
- Experience as a Consultant, Functional Leader, Functional Coordinator or similar in at least 2 projects of at least 10 months duration with the COTS product offered, in the area of Human Resources and payroll.
- ** Must **have excellent oral and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
