**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Assists and supports the organization with initial compliance, ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of internal control environment.
- Performs evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation, as it relates to internal control environment.
- Conducts audits of financial, operational and strategic controls risks. Identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal departments/business units to appropriately remedy them.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- People in this specialty ensure that the operational and financial processes supporting the business are properly monitored and executed and support the process owners and line management to meet their control posture targets in a sustainable improving manner.
- It performs Key Controls over Operations (KCO) / & Key Controls Over Financial Reporting (KCFR) testing - per the given specific guidelines, independent from the Customer and Kyndryl support team.
- The role ensures that test results are fully adequate and auditable.
- Supports our existing Compliance risk framework and executes a robust SoX testing program.
- It is responsible for testing of the key SoX control points: executing the SoX testing per testing standards, maintaining adequate knowledge on sales transaction support processes tested, and delivers quality work product within a timely manner.

Bachelor's Degree
