**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Proven record of releasing high-quality features in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication skills with history of successful collaboration
- History of leveraging curiosity and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions
- Risk assessment, root cause analysis, and partnership with architects
- Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Software Development Lifecycle, ServiceNow, Git development and publishing, and stakeholder communication and engagement
- Oracle ERP, SQL, and Databases
- Containerization (Docker, Rancher, Helm, Maven)
- Front-end development (HTML5, CSS, React or Angular or Node.js)
- Training in Mulesoft for API development, AWS, understanding of Terraform, Lambda functions, S3, and PostgreSQL
- Platform integration and configuration, optimization of front-end frameworks and integrations between platforms, and Single Page apps vs more traditional approaches.
- Learning Management Systems, Customer Community software, and Online Documentation Software such as Thought Industries, Khoros, and Zoomin
