This role requires end-to-end knowledge of the accounts payable process for Direct and Indirect spends. It must contribute to improve and help achieve organizational metrics of on-time payment, decrease number of aged vendor invoices and outstanding items as well as reduced invoice processing cycle times and days to pay. An understanding of system design is important to help enhance functionality in addition to configuration and other features such as tax, reporting, electronic transactions, master data and VIM.
- Understand GRIR process as part of overall accounts payable activities to help control number of outstanding items on balance sheet.
- VIM Exception handling and root cause analysis seeking to improve throughput and enhance system performance.
- Communication and collaboration with support teams for incident management.
- Overall understanding of payment process to troubleshoot rejected payments, outstanding checks and refunds from accounts payable standpoint.
- Support compliance to ensure 100% legal and financial requirements are met.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- University bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent in finance, accounting or related.
- 3+ year experience working in accounts payable space.
- Intermediate/ Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Customer service experience / Good communication skills.
- Innovative and team Player.
- Advanced English level: B2/C1
- Proficiency utilizing SAP ECC
- Financial accounting
- Materials management
- Proficiency utilizing Open Text VIM
