We are hiring residents of Costa Rica as professional services, on 1-year renewing contracts. Our starting pay is equal to what you would get after your second promotion at a large call center in CR. We do however ONLY hire people who speak English 100%, as well as Spanish with good pronunciation/accent.

Your job will be handling inbound and outbound calls enrolling new members in our service. All of the outbound calls have requested us to call, there is NO COLD CALLING. On average 15% of inbound calls enroll, and 7.5% of outbound.

You must have a laptop, headset, good internet, and a quiet place to work.

Shifts are Monday - Friday, Saturdays are optional

Our work environment includes:

- $7/hr base pay + incentives + commisions
- Daily $ incentives
- Commission on every enrolment
- Paid training (1 week)
- Full remote - Work at home
