We are hiring **Customer Service Representatives** to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. This is an exciting opportunity to further enhance your call center and customer skills and work with a Global company with lots of career growth opportunities

**ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?**
- Previous customer service or call center experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication skills - well spoken / written
- De-escalation skills are a definite asset
- Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment
- Manage high volume of calls
- Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities
- Comfortable with phone systems and technology
- Flexible availability

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch including below calls:

- Customers who got Flat tire
- Customers who Ran out of gas
- Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars
- Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic
- Customers who met with an accident

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better
- Successful completion of high school education is preferred
- Must be able to **work full-time from office**- who doesn’t like a beautiful, brand new office with a fun work environment and free coffee/tea?
