**Qualifications**

Basic Qualifications:

- Academic background in Business Administration or related field.
- English Proficiency (Written and Oral) level, minimum must B2 (Upper Intermediate).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Customer Service or equivalent technical experience (0-1 year).
- Attention to details and decision-making.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products, required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a sales finance or related role.
- Analytical and responds to the question “How” to achieve the objectives.
- Aims to maintain excellent relations with the company and clients.
- Aligns thinking to help achieve division’s business goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of high achievement in professional and/or academic settings.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement accurate financial and sales processes related to flow measurement solutions, including Coriolis, Magnetic, Vortex, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure adherence to financial guidelines and sales procedures to optimize revenue generation.
- Responsible for daily processing of project Gross Profit analyses for all Micro Motion Inc world areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial assessments.
- Track the results of Gross Profit analyses and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial evaluations.
- Perform additional ad-hoc functions and analyses as directed by the Sales Finance Analyst or America’s Manager Sales Compensation, contributing to the overall financial insights of the organization.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed documentation of the gross profit analysis process.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, making it accessible to relevant stakeholders as needed.
