**Overview**:
- Assumes responsibility for processing transactions pertaining to Vendor/Account specific Software Licensing programs at TD SYNNEX and directs response activities to optimize departmental bandwidth.
- Assigned to larger/strategic vendor accounts.
- Offers live support for all licensing questions, configures quotes, gathers appropriate documentation, follows up on quotes, and places orders.
- Acts on behalf of sales to enter and track licensing orders through the entire process.
- Acts in a lead role on team with emphasis on following up on issues and taking customer service to the next level.
- Supports Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors in facilitation of all Software Licensing Programs.
- Assumes full team/sales department-wide responsibility for supporting software licensing questions, order entry, as well as any issues/problems as a result. Files software licensing quotes/orders in order system. May assist with special pricing opportunities. Begin to gain an understanding of promos and rebates.
- Timely and appropriate escalation of customer issues.
- Staffs phones to achieve superior customer service levels.
- Supports/ensures licensing opportunities for sales/customers.
- Gathers all appropriate documentation needed to facilitate order.
- Logs licensing quotes and uses appropriate follow up procedure.
- Effectively utilizes corporate resources for optimum customer service.
- Acts as liaison to Customers, Sales, Product Marketing, Credit, Vendor Dropship, and Vendors to ensure shipment of product and proper billing to customer.
- Participates in vendor sponsored and corporate sponsored training specific to Licensing.
- Processes License Resend requests.
- Utilizes all corporate resources to resolve issues/ problems with orders.
- Performs additional duties as assigned

- Minimum of 6 months experience in Software Licensing role
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Fluent in English
