We are looking for an Engineering Lead to manage and lead a team of web developers. This role will be key to ensuring our teams deliver quality web technology solutions for our clients. You will partner with various disciplines within PO, including Program and Project Management, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, and Quality Assurance. We work on a variety of solutions, from small campaigns to large-scale enterprise websites and architectures. In addition to leading the group, you’ll work directly alongside them on our project work.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead a diverse team of engineers to design and develop web solutions using the Adobe (AEM) platform as well as.NET and other open-source technologies
- Build performant solutions that are highly accessible
- Create experiences on cloud services using AWS and/or Azure
- Partner across organizations while assisting your team in delivering solutions that delight our clients with industry-leading digital experiences built on innovative technologies

**What We’re Looking For**
- 7+ years of software development and solution delivery
- 5+ years of design and development using Adobe technologies (AEM, HTL, Java), Microsoft technologies: (C#, Visual Studio, Azure), and web (HTML, JavaScript, CSS/pre-processors)
- 5+ years of experience in operating and maintaining cloud services environments such as AWS or Azure
- 5+ years of experience managing people
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent industry experience
- Understanding of source code control systems such as Git
- Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end feature development across multiple projects
- Ability to analyze complex problems to determine the best course of action
