**Job Description**:

Position Requires strong analytical, technical and communication skills to facilitate the transformation of development role in Automation Tribe.

The position will assist their manager in the planning of each task and will also assist their team in designing solutions; therefore he/she must be a strong team player.
**Work you’ll do**
Defines specifications and develops programs, modifies existing programs, prepares test data, and prepares functional specifications.
- Analyzes program performance during execution while using various programming languages and techniques.
- Provides guidance to non-technical staff in using software and hardware systems most effectively and efficiently.
- Reviews project proposals, evaluates alternatives, provides estimates and makes recommendations.
- Designs and defines specifications for systems.
- Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches.
- Other Duties as required.

Qualifications**
Required Qualifications**:

2 - 4 years of hands-on experience as Software Developer/Engineer.
- Experience with Java and Java Spring is required. C#/.NET experience is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile development processes.
- Experience in the development and use of Unit Tests.
- Knowledge of Relational Databases, specifically SQL & T-SQL (2008, 2012).
- ORM technologies (Hibernate) and SQL including writing stored procedures.
- Apache Tomcat Application Server.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Automated QA and wire-framing or visualization tools is a plus.
