**SAP ABAP Developer** **(Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a SAP ABAP Developer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years’ experience: Software development or programming experience
- 4+ years’ experience using JAVA
- Two-year degree: Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience: Software development or programming experience (preferred)
- Four-year degree: Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in Spring Security, Basic Auth. OAuth2.0, and SAML (preferred)
- Proficiency in Java, C++,.NET and/or ABAP
- Proficiency in User Management, Security and LDAP
- Proficiency in IBM WebSphere, NetWeaver, and Tomcat
- Proficiency in IDEs such as Eclipse, RAD, STS, IntelliJ and CVS
- Proficiency in source control management (SVN, GIT, CVS)
- Proficiency in Pair Programming, JUnit, and TDD
- Knowledge of ABAP programming language, Development Environment, ABAP/4 Workbench, Data Dictionary and Correction, and Transport System
- Knowledge of SAP BDC, ALE, Idoc, BAPI, RFC, Function Modules, and Dialog programming
- Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Project management skills
- LOB legacy systems skills
- Documentation skills
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with customers and suppliers to determine business requirements that will drive site planning.
- Work with team to prepare functional specifications from which programs will be written; design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
- Participate in technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of site enhancements.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct systems tests; monitor test results, and take required corrective action.
- Participate in activities with other Information Technology functional areas to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
