We are currently seeking a **Java Microservices Developer** to join our team in **Belen**, **Heredia (CR-H)**, **Costa Rica (CR)**.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- As a Java microservices developer you will be responsible for building software systems that have well-defined interfaces. Your primary role will be designing and implementing scalable and efficient microservice architectures.
- Write clean, efficient code using Java & Spring boot.
- Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
- Work along with larger scrum team to deliver assigned stories.
- Develop and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.
- Design reusable frameworks - Environment management and layout design.
- Mentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluation.
- Java, Maven/ Grade, Spring boot, Scrum, JIRA, GitHub/ Bitbucket, Eclipse/ IntelliJ IDE, Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure), PAAS knowledge (OpenShift or PCF)
- Good understanding of SDLC Process
- Experience with working in repository like Git or Bitbucket
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working as part of scrum team.
- Good understanding of DevOps pipeline
- Experience is setting up Continuous Deployment / Continuous Integration (CI / CD) pipeline for different platforms.
- Experience in solving technical issues with thorough research and investigation.
- Working knowledge of one the testing tool like TestNG, Selenium etc.
- ** Nice to have**:

- Working knowledge in any of the Cloud
- Working knowledge of PAAS tool like OpenShift or PCF
- Any Certification related to:

- Java/ Cloud/ DevOps/ Scrum

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Java 8, Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, Rest API's

**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required.
