Mid UI Front-end Engineer

As a UI developer, you will be responsible for creating a product's coding and development in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. You will be working with both the business side and the user experience experts to ensure the website is functional and visually appealing.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and develop UI components
- Adhere to architectural standards/principles, design/coding/review standards, etc.
- Follow angular code style and best practices.
- Proficient in problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly complex problems; technical agility
- Strong written, and interpersonal skills and great team player.
- Work with squad lead, product owner, and scrum master to comply with priorities set for the team.
- Adopt Agile methodologies and operate in a dynamic environment.
- Use Atlassian tools like JIRA, and Confluence for detailed technical documentation.

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in **Web/UI development and web design.**:

- 2+ years of experience with web frameworks/libraries like **Angular **and React.
- 2+ years of with full web stack including **TypeScript **, **JavaScript **, jQuery, and Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience as Front-end doing testing with **Karma **, Jasmine, Cypress, and Wiremock.
- 2+ years experience with **HTML5 and CSS3 **web standards.
- Code repository & management processes with tools like Git.

**What could set you apart?**
- REST API design and implementation.
- Rest services and testing using Postman, and SoapUI.
- Experience with BDD automation frameworks/tools like Cucumber
- Knowledge of server-side frameworks (Java 8 / Spring / Spring Cloud / JPA Hibernate / SpringBoot Microservices / Swagger).
- TDD-based unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, and static code analysis using SonarQube.
- Hands-on experience fixing top security vulnerabilities as outlined in OWASP and Fortify scans.
- Worked on Java build & dependency management using Maven, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Experience with AWS cloud tools/services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, EFS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, etc.
