Job Description

How will you make a difference as a Talent Development Specialist at Fragomen?

GENERAL
- Actively supports the Talent Development team in a range of transactional activities, such as administration for global and regional events, and technical support for virtual conferences under supervision of the Senior Talent Development Events Manager
- Responsible for accurately managing and reporting Talent Development data, under supervision of the Senior and Talent Development Managers
- Responsible for certain administrative tasks in Cornerstone, our learning management system, under supervision of the Senior Talent Development Manager
- Provides administrative support for other Talent Development initiatives, both regional and global

VIRTUAL EVENTS
- Supports Senior Talent Development Events Manager with virtual conferences and events - both locally and globally

FRAGOMEN ACADEMY & US ADVANCED ACADEMY
- Updates attendance for each session
- 24 hours after
- Uploads module recording to Cornerstone
- Creates playlist and add all recordings
- Reporting and analysis - running the final participation report after each Fragomen academy week and providing analysis

LEADERSHIP & PRACTICAL MANAGEMENT ACADEMIES
- Updates attendance for each session
- 24 hours after the session ends
- Uploads module recording to Cornerstone
- Uploads pdf of presentation to Cornerstone
- Adds recording and pdf to playlist
- Data reporting on the series

REPORTING/DATA SUPPORT
- Integration of data between Cornerstone and Workday systems
- Quarterly Cornerstone reporting

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong excel and data management skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple deliverables at a time, and meet deadlines
- The ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Cornerstone, or a similar learning management system
- Experience using Workday
- Experience supporting virtual events
