**Skills required**
- Intermediate level of customer support to employees and managers for complex HR cases; escalates as necessary.
- Experience analyzing employee data to provide research for human resources programs and report findings to support HR program development and delivery.
- Develops a broad understanding of human resources programs and a working knowledge of the business.
- Support Identifying implementation obstacles within businesses.
- Represents HR to internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for HR Generalist support, acting as a liaison between employees, managers, Shared Services, HRBPs and various functional groups, working to ensure a smooth transition for handoffs of cases or work from one function to another, to ensure an excellent employee experience at DXC.
- Advanced English Level
- Experience with administering Workday HR processes **is preferred.
