The scope of the analyst's job is to obtain basic information about the selected project. The analyst does not choose the project himself, but receives it assigned by his manager. He should not spend more than 10 hours analyzing a single project. We usually analyze completely new projects on the market and there is no extensive information available for them. To simplify the creation of the analysis, we have a template according to which the most important information is gradually obtained. This information includes, for example: basic description of the project, road map, tokenomics, partnership, team, social sites and finally, the opinion of the analyst. We give our own rating for each project that our team analyzes. If the rating is high, we continue to monitor the project and update the information regularly. These updates are done by the same analyst who did the basic analysis. After a trial period of 3 months, it is possible to be promoted to the position of Chief Analyst. In this position, you outsource work to analysts, review their work, and answer that the analysis can be published on a website. Of course, the salary rises in this position.
