The primary goal of this role is to support the Global Partner Ecosystem and Events Marketing teams with all the aspects of Programs planning, supplier onboarding, PO coordination, vendor management, invoice follow-up and reporting. You’ll be responsible to support the Development Funds budget (including Geo Funds, Sponsorships, Contractual, etc.). Your regular activities may be modified, but you can expect a variety of the following assignments: - You will prepare and input Qtr’ly plans and forecasts in our Planning tool - You will provide weekly budget updates to the Leadership team and present risks and opportunities to programs - You will review spend and make sure approved spend is as per budget - You will be responsible to complete close tasks as per quarterly schedule - You will be the key point of contact to manage queries and reporting requests from the various stakeholders - Interact with multiple teams such as SEIS, Finance, Legal, etc. to report the program spend for the different budgets - You will drive efficiencies in our processes through standardization - You will have a proven track record of being able to understand trends and patterns in Marketing investment behaviour - Performe quarter-end reconciliations vs Finance reports to ensure spend alignment - Support the claiming and reporting process of the Intel funds. - Drive aligment and across the Geos to provide a holicts reports of the Development Funds utilization - This role is key to support business growth and operational efficiency
