We are looking for a creative and purpose-driven team member with a deep passion for Learning & Development to join our team of committed and passionate Learning Professionals. The L&D Senior Analyst will function as a critical contributor in the team and play a key role in executing and delivering the global learning strategy and book of work. **Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**: - Support the end-to-end execution of professional, leadership and career development programs. This includes: - Ideating program content, establishing and monitoring project plans, driving program administration and measuring program outcomes. - Support the development of presentations, communications, and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes. ( i.e., Presentations/talking points for Senior Leaders, Program Communications, and Information Sessions, etc.) - Partner with regional and global teams within O&T HR Learning and cross functionally with Talent Acquisition to implement consistent program frameworks. - Contribute to the identification and implementation of ongoing process improvement opportunities to proactively address pain points - Serve as a facilitator/presenter for program sessions and training exercises - Serve as an informal coach to program participants and managers to engage and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative culture. - Generate program reports that measure and analyze the program(s) effectiveness and ROI tracking. - Participate on special projects as needed across O&T HR Learning Team. **Qualifications**: - 5 years of work experience (preferably human resources) and an eagerness to learn and grow - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work products - Strong writing skills and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions - Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel - Some experience in Program / Project Management and Change Management is valued **Key Competencies**: - Strong ability to collaborate across teams and work with colleagues from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and geographies - Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong facilitation/presentation skills - Team-oriented person who values different perspectives and feedback - Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities, with resilience and flexibility, and is proactive in escalating issues **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field is preferred. Fluent english (speaking, reading, writing). Project Management skills. Presentation skills.
