**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure the development teams are practicing the Agile principles and SCRUM Best Practices
- Facilitate Quarterly Planning, Daily standups, Iteration/Sprint planning, mid sprint reviews, Iteration/Sprint demos and retrospective meetings for multiple teams
- Identify, own and remove impediments for the team on a daily basis. Reach out to the organization network to remove impediments before they become blockers
- Responsible for identifying sprint and project risks and offering any potential mitigation strategies
- Track metrics of team progress, productivity and use the metrics to help the team get better
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release scheduling
- Provide all support to the team using servant leadership and leading by example
- Understand technical nature of the issues to be able to help resolve the impediments
- Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team for higher levels of maturity
- Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
- Promote and evangelize Agile across the organization and coach individual team members and teams to prepare more change agents
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and play active role in organization agile transformation

**What experience you need**:

- 5+ years of IT project management experience **( **SDLC projects)**
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in coaching/leading teams
- 3+ years of experience utilizing **Jira, Confluence and Aha**
- 3+ years of experience understanding technical issues at a high level **(API’s and SDLC)**
- 3+ years of experience managing teams in a cross-functional structure
- English proficiency B2 or above

- Experience with Lean and Kanban process improvements
- Experience utilizing tools including Confluence, Aha, and Smartsheet
- Experience working on transformational projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with the stakeholders and coach the teams
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework
- Scrum Master Certification, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFe Practitioner
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience in software engineering, product owner or QA functions
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
