**About the role**:
In this opportunity, as a Billing Operations specialist you will:
- Be responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information for countries where local government portals are needed for submission to customers.
- Coordinate and assist with all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information.
- Coordination and Daily Monitoring of 3rd party portals
- Additional responsibilities include client billing resolution or collections, audit of operational effectiveness, reporting and quality assurance.
**About You**
You’re a fit for this role of Payroll Specialist if your background includes:
- 2 + years’ work experience in a billing roll that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
