Senior Analyst Digital Transformation

Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World

As a Senior Analyst Digital Transformation you will be a member of a team responsible for transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and technology utilization across the global treasury operation.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role- Lead reviews of existing Treasury processes, bringing thought leadership and lean mindset to propose process improvements and opportunities for simplification and/or automation- Research and lead proof of concepts on new technologies and digital solutions for Treasury- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new digital processes- Drive implementation of automation opportunities that leverage digital technologies such as Salesforce, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation-
- Establish and maintain documentation, job aides, and training materials in partnership with Organizational Change management

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution- Five (5) years of combined Treasury and/or banking business process experience- 2+ years' experience building, supporting or implementing Power Platform Technologies (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate)- 1+ years' experience building, supporting or implementing one or more of the following technologies to improve business processes: Salesforce, Alteryx, Snowflake, SAP- English proficiency

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with SAP Treasury, experience supporting SAP role profiles- Experience supporting technical components of Salesforce- Demonstrated project management skills- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to influence and partner with cross functional stakeholders- Interest and passion in efficient business processes and leveraging technology to solve business problems; lean six sigma orientation.- Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset and lean thinking; recognizing opportunities to drive improvements and taking the initiative to deliver.
