We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Business Services Team Leader to join our team: **Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica. **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Work model**: Hybrid. **Contract Type**: Indefinite-term What is your day to day? Coordination of a Finance Team. Meet deadlines, own and of the team "Monthly Scorecard". Monitoring of spending and allocation in accounting accounts. Analysis of balance sheet accounts of assigned clients Promote continuous improvements and standardization of processes. Develop team capabilities. Promote formal training. Financial support of assigned clients and those of the team. Comprehensive report on customer operations by country. Tax Analysis Provide and analyze the information in the different information systems, to issue consolidated reports. Comprehensive and consolidated control and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Request and follow up on customer billing. Accounting reconciliation and corporate monthly closing. Support in transitions of new clients. Onboarding of New Clients. P&L analysis of assigned clients and team. Desired experience and technical skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a similar position in a corporate environment, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, accounting reconciliation, and monthly closing. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Fluent in English level This position must be able to interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams daily, especially Facility Managers, Project Managers, Finance staff, and vendors Strong Microsoft Office skills.
