The Regional Delivery Lead will lead a team of procurement professionals for all client workstreams including but not limited to strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier relationship management, reporting, and procurement operations and is accountable for the delivery and people management of the team supporting the region.

He or she will manage day-to-day operational issues, act as the liaison and point of escalation with the client, and work closely with the Global Delivery Lead to drive the success of the program.

The Regional Delivery Lead manages a team of senior associates, associates and analysts and is responsible for all aspects of effective people and performance management.

He or she is also responsible for creating a positive work environment, fostering cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, and helping to resolve human resources issues.

Additionally, the Regional Delivery Lead is responsible for developing relationships across WNS-Denali account leadership to share best practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities / Job Duties**

Serve as the delivery leader and people manager of a procurement services team of 10+ individuals with multiple layers of reporting relationships

Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs and oversee the related tracking and reporting

Act as the escalation point for the team, communicate and resolve operational issues, and escalate to the Global Delivery Lead as needed

Manage the team’s objective setting and achievement, performance, career growth, training, and competency development

Prepare and lead operational review meetings with the client’s senior leadership

Manage resource capacity to ensure adequate support for client requirements and balance the team’s workload

Oversee the root cause analysis process and remediation of quality occurrences as part of overall quality management

Ensure operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement Provide the Global Delivery Lead with insights into project work and operational and/or project issues
**Qualifications**
Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

MBA or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business preferred

Minimum 8 years of work experience in the procurement space

Prior management experience leading 10 or more people

Strong people management skills Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred

Deep understanding of procurement fundamentals]

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

**Procurement Functional/Technical Skills**:
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes

Strong Sourcing skills, including sourcing methodology and process, eSourcing technology, RFX development, and management

Familiarity with various best practice sourcing approaches and techniques

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data

Ability to synthesize data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on an understanding of client objectives and requirements

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, eProcurement tools, project management to
