LSEG is seeking a Senior Associate, Communications, to join our compact People & Culture Internal Communications team. The People & Culture team partner with the People Function (HR) in service of an exceptional colleague experience of working and growing at LSEG.

Your role is crucial to the execution and excellence of our communications.
Role Responsibilities-
- Channel management: support the Senior Manager, People & Culture communications with the communication requirements of the Chief People Officer including People Leader newsletter and HR Town Halls- Scheduling: managing the communications planning and scheduling
- Formatting: ensure all communications are well-formatted
- Content planning: support the People & Culture comms team to keep content fresh, compelling, and delivered on time
- Designer: take the lead in producing content in Microsoft PowerPoint for briefings and presentations
- Multi-media content: work with our Content Studio on assets that support People & Culture campaigns
- Measurement: lead for People & Culture internal comms to inform comms planning and make recommendations for how we improve outcomes
Required Experience, Skills, and Attitude
- Internal communications experience ideally gained from global organisations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to write for different audience groups
- Creative mindset, with the ability to think up and execute new ideas, that are routed in what our data tells you.
- Collaboration mindset
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong attention to detail - ensures accuracy of communications
- Skilled at planning, project management and helping others to connect
