Empresa líder en inversiones inmobiliarias que se especializa en la compra de propiedades para Fix and Flip y Fix and Hold. Estamos buscando una persona bilingüe (inglés y español) enérgica y motivada para liderar el puesto de Adquisiciones en Florida (EE. UU.).

Responsabilidades del Cargo:
Supervisarás las adquisiciones en una parte específica del territorio. Sus tareas diarias incluirán encontrar, evaluar, analizar y cerrar acuerdos de inversión inmobiliaria bajo criterios de compra de inversores inteligentes. Como especialista en adquisiciones, negociará y finalizará la compra de nuestras inversiones inmobiliarias.

**Perfil Candidato**:

- Fluidez Verbal en Español / Ingles (Bilingüe)
- Capacidad de Negociación
- Actitud Ganadora
- Pro-Activo
- Con Experiência en Real Estate/Real Estate Wholesale en Estados Unidos
- Comprometido con la labor
- Habilidad Laboral en Remoto
**Calificaciones**:

- Antecedentes profesionales de ventas (lo más importante)
- Dispuesto a realizar un alto volumen de llamadas
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar de forma remota. Responsable de la Gestión del Tiempo.
- Ideal bilingüe pero no un requisito (inglés y español)
- Motivado por el dinero, perseverante continuamente incluso después de alcanzar la(s) meta(s) de ventas
- Debe ser proactivo en la resolución de problemas
- Aprende rápido y piensa rápido
- Debe ser capaz de manejar bien el rechazo y seguir adelante
**Responsabilidades**:

- Llamar a los propietarios de viviendas interesados para hablar sobre sus propiedades mientras construyen una buena relación y establecen la confianza.
- Análisis de propiedades para ofertas adecuadas y negociación de precios de contratos.
- Anticipar y superar las objeciones de los propietarios
- Busque y cree acuerdos en los que todos ganen para los propietarios de viviendas y la empresa
- Cargue notas e imágenes de citas a CRM
- Realizar llamadas de seguimiento a los propietarios de viviendas
- Obtener contratos firmados y cerrar tratos
**Horario de Trabajo**:

- De Lunes a Viernes de 8.30am - 9:00am a 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Eastern Time) Hora de Miami
