**Competencies**: Comunication Skills, Customer Advocacy, Tech Savvy, Analytical Skills, Empathy

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system using process flows and work instructions
- Represent the customer's needs internally and act as a customer advocate
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory and legal requirements

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or certification in technical or clinical education
- Minimum 2 years of technical or clinical/medical device support experience o 1 year of technical support and 1 year of customer support.
- Electronic documentation systems experience required
- Experience working in a HIPAA environment highly preferred
- French and English proficiency (85% minimum level)
- Good typing speed
