The team is made of Pricing Managers, CPQ Specialists and Analytics that are aligned to support the sales teams across the many business units in North America. - This role will primarily works within the B2B consumer business and represent the pricing organization in key strategic innovation solutions and new product launches. The intent of the role is to assist in the initial pricing ideation, build out pricing frameworks and manage the iterative process for pricing calibration for steady state implementation. - Requires solid quantitative analysis combined with qualitative research to support new product pricing. - Focus of the role is to move new products from MVP pricing to BAU. This would include training the pricing organization on the pricing structures, ensuring pricing is made available to the sales teams and implement pricing within CPQ system when applicable - Collaborate with internal partners within Sales, Contracts, Revenue Management and Marketing to move pricing proposals from inception, to negotiation to implementation. - Actively structure and participate in pricing negotiations, deal structure, profitability models and sales efforts across multiple Experian lines of businesses, verticals and Sales channels. - Creatively position pricing responses for Proposal requests that maximize revenues, protects AUPs, ensure future spend and builds market share. - Analyze and interpret key operational performance metrics that focus on deal dispositions, Sales collaboration, inter-company agreements and pricing strategy execution. - Negotiate and track inter-company deal agreements for revenue shares and allocations. - Manage and approve implementation of pricing requests. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree required. - 4+ years Prior Sales, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Product Marketing experience - 4+ years Prior revenue or financial reporting experience as required. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Good organizational and project management skills. - Basic PC skills.
