**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with system administrators to prevent system downtime
- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
- Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of Accounting/Tax software such as QuickBooks etc.
- Managing user accounts on Servers/Domain.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Terminal Servers
- Familiar with Client/Server Architecture
- Need to reply support tickets or route to the respective team.
- Troubleshooting as per preliminary guidelines to resolve the issue.
- Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization.

**About You**
- 2 -4 years of experience
- BS/BA degree in Engineering or related field or Qualifying Work Exp
- Knowledge of windows server and virtualization
- Microsoft Azure Administration
- Cybersecurity training
- Excellent knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Office 365 Suite
- SharePoint Administration
- Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
- Exposure to Cloud computing
- Asset Management
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter who is excited about technology
- Troubleshooting / Support experience

**Preferred Qualifications**- Microsoft Intune implementation and administration
- Microsoft Data Factory / PowerBI
- DBA experience
- HubSpot/CRM support
- ISO 2700 & 9001
