**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Experience leading large, complex projects with high business visibility and impact
- Demonstrated business acumen, proven leadership in stakeholder relationship management with high level executives and matrixed stakeholders
- Responsible and accountable for successfully delivering the project from the phase of inception to successful closure to deliver a desired outcome for the business
- Manages all project resources, including vendors and subcontractors if applicable, and establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and the key stakeholders
- Develops and distributes internal project communications and works in a collaborative manner while serving as the interface with multiple functional teams and vendor resources of a project throughout the life cycle
- Responsible for setting up and running project boards and reporting progress to the business and the stakeholder management and reporting.
- Supports the Culture Ambassador Network operations (organization, co-ordination, knowledge management, planning, communication, and marketing)
- Assists with culture activities and asset creation (Create content, define business processes, identify new culture interventions, collaborative workshops)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Project Management, Program Management, Culture Change, Organisational Change Management, Excellent communications and collaboration skills
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Project Management Skills in large scale, complex transformation initiatives, Experience in use of collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as the MS 365 suite)

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Master's Degree
