Collections Operations Senior Analyst

The Collections Operations Senior Analyst role executes operational processes to enable efficiencies in the collections team. Critical thinking and innovative problem solving are necessary to ensure that processes are managed effectively and issues are resolved quickly. Success will require working as a team with other departments to accomplish goals.
**What you’ll do**
- Manage collections tasks not directly related to direct collections activities including but not limited, account suspensions, cancellations, write-offs, clearing on-account credit balances, issues related to invoice uploads and purchase orders, and maintain contact and other system data.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure that work gets completed on a uniform and timely basis.
- Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities to improve the efficiency of the overall collections team.
- Take on actions that distract from the core collections activities to improve the efficiency of the collectors.
- Manage special customer communications campaigns.
- Ensure that data updates including customer contact information, are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work closely with billing, sales, and other departments to resolve operations related issues that impact the collections team
**What experience you need**
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in Collections B2B.
- English fluency required B2/C1 with good English written and oral communication skills. (belt)
- 90% knowledge of Excel skills
**What could set you apart**
- University student or graduate; preferably in business administration, finances, accounting, or related fields
- Experience in developing, working with, and improving standard processes
- The ability and flexibility to work on a variety of collections processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent follow through on responsibilities and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Highly developed soft skills (excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to inspire team members, committed and responsible attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback, etc.)
- Outstanding teamwork
