**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Network Operations Center is a multi-functional organization which manages Juniper’s Network Data Center environment and Network Infrastructure technologies through best of class process. The team is also the central communication and outage coordination team for all network technology issues impacting Corporate and end users.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 1- 3 years of experience working in a 24x7 Network or Data Center Operations environment monitoring and troubleshooting Network and Juniper issues.
- Platforms: 3+ years of experience supporting Junos OS, Linux and VMware and demonstrate basic command line in these devices.
- Troubleshooting and incident management of router, switches, gateways and network devices and session management issues utilizing platforms such as Marvis, Juniper Space Network Director, Zabbix, SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, Pulse Secure Service Directory, AppNeta
- Patch, Server, and Application scheduled maintenance implementation and management utilizing LANDesk and RDP
- Take full advantage of Junos OS and related management tools for streamlining the management and monitoring of Juniper routers, switches, and security appliances.
- Data Center Operations environment monitoring and troubleshooting for Juniper NW devices and Application issues.
- Configure, administer, and monitor Junos-powered devices
- Configuration of devices using Ansible playbooks
- Intrusion detection, firewall management
- Data Center NW devices -health and welfare checks
- Outage Communication and Coordination
- Incident management for Network Issues
- Vendor management (Pulse Secure)
- Scheduled Testing
- Project and implementation Support

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Excellent writing and communications skills as well as exemplary customer service skill a must
- General corporate business experience including business acumen, process/procedure/protocol of issue communication and escalation processes.
- Education: MIST Wireless and Pulse Secure, CISCO to IOs Class from Juniper learning center, JNCP (or related education)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume team-oriented work environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and alter scheduled work days. Must be able and willing to cover any and/or all shifts including potential scheduled shift rotations as necessary to meet business needs including coverage for other team members.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
- Support of Juniper Network technology including IPSEC and firewalls
- Nice to have VXLAN / EVPN technologies
