The Application Sup Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for monitoring, integrity validations and process execution providing operations support services. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as the liaison among Production Support, Finance and Accounting departments, and source systems. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. **Responsibilities**: - Perform inbound and outbound files monitoring and perform integrity validation reports - Inform to Finance departments on encountered integrity breaks - Follow up and inform to technology partners and customers on file feeds SLA breaches - Act as a maker on process scheduling in the system based on processes calendar - Maintenance of processes calendars and keep activities updated on a timely manner - Provide regular status updates for all customer requests - Serve as primary liaison among Production Support, Financial and Accounting departments, and source systems - Support and execute activities for User Acceptance Tests as required by the customers - Work on multiple automation projects in parallel focusing on continued delivery of day-to-day activities - Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics. - Available to works with shift on Weekend. **Qualifications**: - 1 to 2 years of previous relevant experience. related to technology or operations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors - Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactivity - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Intermediate/advanced English - Knowledge on UFS (optional) - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
