**Responsibilities**: - Analyze of Citi’s/Citi’s competitors’ financial performance - Support the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes and review results against plans monthly including annual budget planning and monthly estimate process - Generate flash results/highlights for Board of Directors’ reports and Executive Management reports - Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular Planning and Analysis processes - Aid with developing metrics, dashboards and analytical tools to support business decisions, including Client profitability and wallet share - Execute time critical activities to support Financial Planning and Analysis and other teams within the Brazil Finance Organization. - Assist in the development of digital tools and transformation of Finance processes and activities, including management of end-to-end projects. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Has the ability to prioritize and organize work as needed Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Ability to partner with and acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. - Drive standardization of activities including the identification of efficiency and productivity initiatives - Comply with Risk & Control policies and requirements **Qualifications**: - 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance, experience in Planning & Analysis preferred - Experience in financial services or banking preferred - Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools - Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI - Proficiency with other automation tools such as Knime workflows, VBA and RPA is a plus - Demonstrated strong analytical skills - Attention to detail oriented and proactive - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - English language proficiency - Project Management skills preferred - Portuguese language proficiency preferred **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
