Scorecard Production Sr Analyst

An excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a career within Citigroup and more specifically within the Citi Executive Scorecards team in Finance division. - The purpose_ of the role will be to perform key activities (as described below) as part of FP&A Executive Scorecards supporting senior executives across various products, countries and functions across various metric domains such as Financials, Client, Culture & Control. **Citi Executive Scorecards team** is responsible to generate and publish scorecards for 400+ top Citi Executives and Senior Managers on a monthly basis. Citi’s Executive Scorecards are constructed to promote behaviors and outcomes which are risk balanced. Metrics aim to align business, regions and functions to Citi’s business strategy and the delivery of regulatory focused initiatives whilst holding managers to the highest standard of Ethics and Professional conduct. Resulting from a changed business environment, enhancements to Citi’s Executive Compensation process, and specific regulatory feedback, a number of changes is taking effect in the Executive Scorecards world over the coming months. **Key Responsibilities**: - Partnering with technology groups for various initiatives to generate efficiency, build strong control framework and simplify and automate manual process_ - Identify and execute opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of the reporting processes - Review processes and suggest/implement improvements/changes to the existing processes - Strong documentation on controls built during transformation - Perform UAT on various developments and prepare complete documentation on UAT scripts and records - Continuous and strong communication on projects, deadline and milestones with technology team as well as process team - Creation of tableau dashboards - Re-engineering, analysis and co-ordination_ - Effective client relationship & demand management to be able to meet the needs of various stakeholders - Extensive coordination with multiple teams across the globe for solutions - Ensure quality & robustness of data by performing adequate control checks and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Existing Scorecards Tableau dashboard maintenance **Qualifications** - Knowledge/Experience:_ - Experience in planning operations, managing excellent communication and project management strategies - Good analytical acumen with 5-8 years prior work experience - working on program /project management, risk & controls areas and digital projects - Good financial analysis and management reporting background - at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in Banking with strong understanding of ICG / GCB banking products is a plus - Hands on experience in data transformation and visualization tools (Tableau, KNIME, Power BI). Experience on Appian is a must - Identify, prioritize and proactively manage risks, exceptions and issues - Advanced English is a mandatory requirement - Skills:_ - Strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations) along with experience of working in projects with aggressive timelines - Control Oriented - Focus on documentation and ensure Audit requirements are fulfilled during re-engineering stage.
