As a Process Engineer, you will conduct root cause analyses and mapping for improving processes. Perform Data analysis, and provide preventative corrective actions and recommendations to improve quality across operations. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Work-Out, Engineering Tools, Robotics, etc for process improvement. Responsible for executing components of the quality management system to help GSD deliver on its promises to customers.

**What you’ll do**
- Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
- Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
- Assesses compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Analyze data to determine trends and present it in ways to help people and the organization make better decisions

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Process Engineer in the Service Industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (B2+ level)
