The Business Analytics Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.

Citi Realty Services (CRS) is a shared services operation within Citi, providing real estate support services to all Citi businesses. CRS is dedicated to providing all Citi businesses with premises that are cost effective, safe, and productive and valued by our customers as a strategic partner in their successes and by our employees.

Within CRS, the Business Evaluation Unit (BEU) has the primary responsibility to manage the Initiative Expenditure Proposal (IEP) regional process and managing the end-to-end delivery of real estate analytics, which includes reviewing proposed transactions, developing financial models (pro-forma cash and P&L statements), and articulating the key drivers and economics of the proposals to respective stakeholders up to senior executives.

The BEU Senior Analyst is a key member of the Regional CRS team working on real estate initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop financial models to support Regional Real Estate strategic plans to ensure the appropriate space to corporate needs at the lowest possible occupancy costs in the market and the disposal of excess/vacant areas.
- Formulation of business evaluation procedures and documents, ensuring accuracy and quality of the underlying financial models.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (asset/transaction/project/finance managers) to ensure adequate evaluation of proposals.
- Ensure reporting consistency, on time and quality from all areas under his/her responsibility.
- Develop executive presentations, project reports, and dashboards.
- Enhance financial modeling tools and conduct peer reviews.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in Finance / Financial Analysis
- Advanced English level
- Advanced level in Excel
- This position requires excellent analytical and business strategy skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approvals
- Project and process management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with a prior focus in financial services analytics
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree
