Our DXC account teams advise, create, orchestrate and drive value for customers by bringing the best of DXC to our customers. Customers ask us to help them solve their most critical technology needs and we proactively share relevant ideas, insights and experience to create a plan for addressing those needs. **What You’ll Do** - Provides back office and administrative support. - Works collaboratively with multiple account stakeholders to implement business operational and governance processes and ensure accuracy and consistency, drives effective communication, and promotes process optimization. - Performs administrative and analytical tasks enabling success in areas like Contract Management, Sales, Finance, Delivery and Billing & Invoicing. - The support provided includes, but is not limited to, stakeholders like PMO/Governance team members, Project Managers, Segment Leaders and Associate Account Executives. This is critical for the continuity of the business and the financial needs of the account and the company. **Responsibilities**: - Work with mínimal direction from process Team Leaders to complete assigned tasks/deliverables. - Actively participate as part of a team, maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. - Understand the account strategy and the role that the individuals play. - Use knowledge to validate data and to solve or propose solutions that could impact positively the processes and/or specific cases. - Provide support with analytical data management and hygiene into the Account contracts main data repository tool (Master Portfolio) for all related account projects/contracts. - Support "Operational Excellence" and "Overall Deliverables performance" at all times, by ensuring that all assigned tasks, requests or deliverables get processed in compliance with: - The stablished processes/procedures. - The Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the Turn Around Time (TAT) and commitments. - Support "Processes Continuity" at all times - Ensure projects/contract “Forecast” and “Invoicing” information accuracy through proper data mapping and contract knowledge. - Handle escalations/interactions with internal teams - Performs special assigned duties to support the operation with effectiveness and efficiency. - Use advanced communication skills to respond, document, analyze and validate inputs. **Qualifications/Education**: - Desired with studies in a Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Finance or any other related technical discipline or field; or the equivalent work experience with a minimum of 2 years performing in related roles. - May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field. - English proficient. Fluent communication skills (verbal and written). - Strong communication and analytical skills. Able to communicate broad and specific concepts with team and to peers with the ability to handle most unique situations. - Microsoft Office Excel skills.
