Hybrid Roles:

**About the role**:
To develop, implement, and ensure continuous improvement of the Corporate Social Responsibility System (CSR System). The primary purposes of this system are: 1) maintaining compliance with the requirements of Boston Scientifics’ corporate and local policies and requirements. 2) support CSR performance improvements and execute CSR related initiatives across Heredia and Coyol sites, and 3) Support to the CSR and Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts. This position will report directly to the CSR Lead Supervisor.

**You're Responsabilities include**:

- Support the implementation and follow-up of CSR programs for Heredia and Coyol sites.
- Documentation and monitoring of CSR indicators.

**What we're looking for**
- Academic background: Environmental Engineering or other careers with sustainable development focus
- Active student certification.
- At least 80% of the career approved (Bachelor´s or Licentiate degree).
- English level: 60% or above.
- Availability of 38 - 40 hours per week in site
- Any knowledge in: ISO 26000, UN Sustainable Development Goal, ISO 14001, ISO 20400, INTE B5 & 14064 (Carbon Neutrality), INTE 38 Gender equality, sustainable purchasing.
