**Goal**

OpenBlue Enterprise Manager (EM) is a single pane of glass solution for cloud based building performance analytics and optimization. EM is a multi-tenanted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that supports high volume building data aggregation sourced from JCI and 3rd party BMS platforms and external sources. EM hosts a number of subscription based apps that provide the intelligence and experiences to support building operations, asset performance management, tenancy, work order management and advanced ML enabled analytics. The Project Development Engineer is responsible for detailed site engineering, installation, configuration and commissioning of OpenBlue products with high quality including the OpenBlue EM.

**Essentials Functions**
- Understand the project requirement, review project inputs such as BMS database or I/O point list, control drawings, mechanical drawings, SLDs, functional descriptions diagrams (FDD) / sequence of operations (SOO) etc.
- Prepare detailed site engineering and design documents which includes:

- Space ontology, Meter list, equipment list, data point list, equipment to equipment relationship, equipment to space relationship, meter to space & equipment relationship,
- Identify and prepare the list of global fault detection & diagnostics (FDD) rules.
- Identify & build the custom FDD rule equations based on the site requirement
- Configuration of all types of energy meters, mechanical equipment installed in building
- Configure building operating schedule, global points, threshold values, degree days & users
- Install & configure hardware (Data collector/Gateways)
- Commissioning of cloud based Digital products
- Maintain all project standards & quality of the deliverables.
- Responsible to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and to meet the customer requirements
- Troubleshooting issues
- Work across internal business units and maintain working relationships with all internal stakeholder
- Provide our internal and external engineering teams with support on medium and high complex projects.
- Receive support from our internal and external engineering teams on low and medium complex projects. (Project based functional team guidance)
- Provide engineering support with internal project review processes.

**What we look for**:
**Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in the field of BMS & EMS
- Knowledge of HVAC systems such as Chilled Water System, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Boilers, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV etc.
- Knowledge of communication protocol like BACnet, MODBUS etc.
- Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- General business level in English (B2+ and above)
- Willingness and ability to learn about building controls systems, SaaS, Energy optimization, Cloud computing/analytics.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and exercise independent judgment. Will be managed and mentored by on team leader
- Comfort in presenting to and speaking with mid management

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management System
- Basic understanding of IT OT, cloud-based analytics tools/solutions (preferred)
