Graphic Designer

**What is the role?**

dotCMS is a cloud-based Digital Experience platform that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek a talented and creative **Graphic Designer **to join our growing marketing team at dotCMS.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually unifying the dotCMS brand and supporting the marketing team in telling the dotCMS story through creative, visual design to help meet business goals. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of our existing brand guidelines but largely take the lead in crafting and owning the brand identity across the company.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to take written and spoken ideas and find compelling and creative ways to present content that resonates with our audiences.
- Create and update brand assets, including icons, style guides, and brand guidelines.
- Design webpage layouts and work with devs on implementation.
- Establish design philosophy and process at dotCMS.

**Why we get excited about you**:

- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience within a software company or creative agency specializing in SaaS companies.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience creating animations and editing video content is a plus.
- Experience managing agencies or design teams is a plus.
