**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collect info from stakeholders to upload to the system. Understand these steps, execute them and being able to provide improvements
- Assist stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues.
- This will involve many different types of excel templates and working with software to create best process to execute the loads.
- Create/update training documentation for users
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to prioritize and organize work: set standards for processes created so that they can be replicated, ability to identify resources required, ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written, including summarizing status and communicating clearly in meetings.
- Data collection: Previous experience in assisting stakeholder(s) in the collection of information in order to complete data load templates, executing the uploads, understanding errors that occur and close back with business stakeholders to address issues.
- Expert in excel, ability to perform pivot tables with existing data sources, ability to analyze data, make inferences and understand implications.
- Capable of working independently, time management exp
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to methodically create training material focused for end user on how to perform their job-specific tasks and make updates, as needed.
- MS Suite experience desired
- PTC Windchill experience deisred
