About the Role

Workday is embarking on an initiative to build a world class professional services team in Costa Rica to support customers as they deploy Workday and ensure they’re getting maximum business value from our solution.

Workday is looking for an experienced Professional Services leader to hire, ramp and manage a team of Consultants and Engagement Managers all focused on working with our customers to deploy our solution and ensuring they’re taking advantage of all the features and functions available to them. The Director will not only be accountable for ensuring the team meets the needs of our customers (across North America, EMEA and APJ) but also working with other groups within our Costa Rica office to ensure the office’s overall success.

Este director no sólo será responsable de garantizar que el equipo satisfaga las necesidades de nuestros clientes (en Norteamérica, EMEA y APJ), sino también de trabajar con otros grupos dentro de nuestra oficina de Costa Rica para garantizar el éxito general de la oficina.

About You
