Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions. **About the role**: Identify and settle rebates for prior periods ensuring payments to customers are accurate, timely and complete. Partner with business unit throughout the process. **You're Responsabilities include**: - Understand customer contracts and execute rebate settlements in accordance with policy / contract - Establish controls to ensure payments are in accordance with policy / contract - Process transactions and payments to customers timely and accurately in accordance with the contract - Track rebates by program by customer ensuring all rebate activities have been completed - Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual analysis and reporting (as applicable) of rebates and/or other requirements to meet internal and external reporting deliverables. This includes analysis of data to ensure accuracy and completeness and assisting the business with any reporting needs - Receive and research external and internal inquiries - working with various key stakeholders to respond - Responsible for following reporting calendar and ensuring assigned activities are completed timely and accurately, in line with Service Level Agreements - individual is responsible for tracking activity in order to prepare monthly metrics - Collaborate with other functions including but not limited to: Business Unit Sales Operations, IT, Office of GBS - Provide a high level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company - Preparation of reports and analysis for adhoc requests **What we're looking for** - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years of related experience. - Excellent English oral and written communication skills (B2+) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Controls and Value Improvement Mindset - Attention to detail - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Salesforce knowledge a plus - Proficient in MS Office - Annual Performance evaluation rating "Meets Expectations" or "Exceeds Expectations". - Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. **Requisition ID**:525343 **Job Segment**:Database, Medical, Data Analyst, Manager, Technology, Healthcare, Data, Management, Research
