The Quality Analyst would be responsible to validate and audit accuracy of design placements. They would be expected to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that assets comply with the design bar and Prime Video guidelines for different shows and series. He/she will be the responsible person to sign off on the quality of assets delivered by the design team. The role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform Quality checking on all Creative outputs (from mocks to final) created by inhouse or freelance designers within the specifications and instructions given by marketing and campaign managers.
- Keep up to date on the Prime Video Guidelines and actively take part on recurring meetings related to QA changes.
- Analyze and provide objective, actionable feedback based on PV design requirements.
- Keep track of errors committed by design freelancers for supporting material of Operations and Program KPIs. Produce regular and ad hoc quality reports as requested.
- Review and keep the Quality Checklists of the team up to date.
- Keep track of design best practices and identify areas for improvement and communicate it to the Program Manager.
- Keep design bar standards for internal and external production.
Minimum skills requirement to hire:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred on Graphic Design, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- 3 years’ experience as a Graphic & Layout Designer or Creative Quality Analyst
- Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Clear understanding on design principles
