**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE INTERN (PORTUGUESE)**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**SALARY RANGE**:Subsídio ₵220.000 + Work from home option + Monday to Friday Schedule + Possibility to extend internship

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of DBS - GBS Finance.

**Reports to**:Order to Cash Team Lead

**Reporting Level**:Non-Management

**Geographic Scope**:Brasil

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Assist in the processing of customer invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate reports on receivables, aging analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding payment inquiries.
- Participate in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Contribute to the implementation of methodologies for efficient Accounts Receivable processes.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
- Insurance Policy Expedited by INS.
- Active student certificate
- Basic Portuguese level
- Basic English level
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database, etc.
