About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
G&A Consolidations:
- Capture, consolidate, and analyze General and Administrative (G&A) financials for Workday, and assist with month-end close and forecasting processes.- Develop detailed reports and presentations to summarize G&A expenses and trends for management review. This will also include Capital expenditures, operating expenses and Headcount variance reporting.- Partner with G&A Finance team to provide data insights, establish key metrics, and find opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements related to G&A expenses.

Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis in response to requests from management or other departments.-
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.- Support various internal and external reporting requirements.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.- Participate in projects as assigned by management.

**Responsabilidades**:
Consolidaciones G&A:
- Capturar, consolidar y analizar las finanzas Generales y Administrativas (G&A) de Workday y ayudar con los procesos de previsión y cierre de fin de mes.- Desarrollar informes y presentaciones detallados para resumir los gastos G&A y las tendencias a fin de que las reviste la gerencia. También incluye gastos de capital, gastos operativos e informes de variación de plantilla.- Colaborar con el equipo de Finanzas G&A para brindar información sobre datos, establecer métricas clave, y buscar oportunidades de ahorro y mejoras de la eficiencia relacionadas con los gastos G&A.

Análisis financiero ad hoc:
- Realizar análisis financieros ad hoc en respuesta a las solicitudes de la gerencia o de otros departamentos.- Aplicar técnicas de modelado financiero para analizar conjuntos de datos sofisticados y proporcionar información viable.- Presentar los hallazgos y las recomendaciones de manera clara y concisa a las partes interesadas.

Informes y análisis varios:
- Preparar informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, según sea necesario.- Colaborar en la preparación de previsiones financieras y presupuestos.- Brindar soporte en diversos requisitos de informes internos y externos.

Colaboración:
- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para comprender las necesidades comerciales y brindar soporte analítico.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de contabilidad y finanzas para garantizar que se presenten informes precisos y oportunos de la información financiera.- Participar en los proyectos que asigne la gerencia.

About You

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.)- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance environment.

Other Qualifications- It is critical to be bilingual in S
