As a Process Engineer, you will conduct root cause analyses and mapping for improving processes. Perform Data analysis, and provide preventative corrective recommendations to improve quality across regulated operations. Utilize different techniques for process improvement to reach the root cause and work with other team members in other businesses to find the necessary evidence to consolidate final recommendations for the business to implement.

**What you’ll do**
- Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
- Provide thorough instructions for the successful implementation of process changes
- Assesses compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards
- Analyze data to determine trends and present it in ways to help people and the organization make better decisions

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
- 1+ years of working experience as a Process Engineer in the Service Industry
- 1+ years of working experience in visualization tools (data reporting tools) Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (B2+ level, Belt)
